Coloured MDF

Coloured mdf is a homogeneous material with a relatively high hardness and stiffness.Depending on the desired look for each space, transparent lacquers, waxes or varnishes can be applied which re-enforce the colour’s intensity and uniformity in the final design. Compared with normal MDF it is quite a bit heavier and somewhat stronger. The surface is smooth and both sides are the same. It is not waterproof but does not discolour and remains relatively strong when wet. Coloured MDF is also chemically bonded using a special moisture-resistant resin during manufacturing, giving it exceptional physical and mechanical properties, including higher moisture resistance and up to 30% greater density and strength than regular MDF.

Features:

1.Fire resistant

2.Higher density than regular MDF

3.Moisture resistant
