    Can I request a sample or a custom specification?

    Tell us which material you’re considering and what the sample needs to demonstrate, such as colour, routed edges, coating or hardware fit. For custom panels, include dimensions, construction, finish and quantity so we can discuss the options, sample arrangements and timing.

    What documents should I ask for?

    You can view our certificate copies before sending an inquiry. Include the destination and any required standard, emission class or test report so we can discuss the documents for the product you need.

    How do I know my inquiry has been sent?

    Online submission shows a confirmation after the inquiry is accepted. If the button opens your email application, send the draft there to complete your inquiry. You can attach drawings before sending.

    What should I include for packing and delivery?

    Share the country, port or delivery location and your preferred delivery basis. Include the receiving date and any unloading or packing requirements.

    • Quantity: sheets or volume by size and construction.
    • Handling: bundle weight or size limits and forklift or crane access.
    • Protection: surface protection, matching sequences and item labels.

    Include the inquiry, order or sample reference and explain what you observed. Label photos so we can identify the affected part.

    • Transit damage: bundle label, packing condition and photos before processing.
