Who is responsible for this website?

This notice explains how Cuzi Industry Co., Limited handles information provided through cuzicn.com and related product inquiries.

Contact: info@cuzicn.com
Business contact address: Huangqiao Village, Sanbao, Tongshan, Xuzhou, Jiangsu, China.

Information you provide

When you request a quotation or contact us, you may provide your name, business email, company, telephone or WhatsApp number, delivery destination, quantities and product requirements. Your correspondence may also include drawings, specifications and order references.

Provide the business information needed for your inquiry. Please leave out unrelated personal details, payment-card information and identity documents.

Share what is needed for the panel discussion

The initial website request requires your name, telephone number, email address and a description of what you need. Add product, quantity, destination or drawing details when they help us answer the quotation, sample or document request.

Discuss confidential drawings before sending the full file

The website form accepts a text brief. If drawings or specifications need restricted handling, begin with a short description and contact us to agree the information, recipients and sending route before sharing the full material.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to answer questions, discuss specifications, prepare quotations, arrange samples and communicate about an order. Correspondence also helps us resolve follow-up questions and maintain business records. Technical information is used to operate the website and protect inquiry services against misuse.

Where a legal basis is required, handling a requested quotation or order may involve steps before a contract or performance of a contract. Business correspondence and website security may involve legitimate business interests, subject to applicable law and your rights.

Inquiry delivery and service providers

If an inquiry opens a draft in your email application, review and send it using your email service. Copying an inquiry or downloading its text creates a copy for you; these actions do not submit it to CUZI.

When online inquiry sending is available, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam verification and Resend for email delivery to CUZI. These services process the information needed to verify or deliver the message. Website hosting and email services may also process technical records such as IP addresses, browser information and request times.

Relevant provider information is available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Resend Privacy Policy. Following an external WhatsApp link or using your own email provider is subject to that provider’s privacy practices.

Information may be processed by CUZI in China and by service providers in other locations. Applicable privacy protections can differ by location. Contact us if you need details about the handling of your inquiry before sending confidential material.

Cookies and browser storage

The product inquiry list uses your browser’s local storage to remember selected product identifiers between visits. This is separate from a cookie and remains until you remove the selections or clear the website’s stored data in your browser. Selected product identifiers can also appear in an inquiry link so the contact page can restore your list.

The website’s product-selection feature does not store your name, email or inquiry message in that list. You can browse the product pages without saving a selection. If online verification is available, its provider may process browser signals or use storage necessary for anti-spam checks; see the provider’s policy above.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Clearing storage removes the saved selection on that browser; it does not delete correspondence already sent to CUZI.

The contact page displays an embedded Google map. Loading or interacting with this map connects your browser to Google. See the Google Privacy Policy for information about that service.

Removing a saved product selection changes the list in that browser. A sent inquiry and its correspondence are handled separately; use the privacy-request contact below when your request concerns information already sent.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, product interest and inquiry activity. It starts only after you choose “Allow.” You can decline and continue using the website, including requesting a quotation, sample or product document.

Google receives technical visit information, public page addresses, a browser identifier and selected actions such as a quotation link click or successful inquiry submission. Our analytics events exclude your name, email, telephone number, inquiry text and submission reference. We remove query strings from page addresses and send only the originating website for referral information.

Analytics cookies and your choice are set for up to six months. Use to change your decision. Declining stops further website analytics and removes its first-party cookies from this browser; it does not erase data already received by Google. Browser settings can also block or remove cookies.

Google may process data outside your country. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Advertising personalization and Google signals are not enabled by our website tag. Inquiry service records and optional source information described below are stored separately on CUZI’s server.

Inquiry records and optional source information

When our email service accepts an online inquiry, we keep a private service record with the submission date, request type and a transformed reference to avoid counting retries twice. This record lets us count accepted inquiries and check that the inquiry service is working. It is created even if you choose “Decline” for optional analytics cookies. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent you from sending an inquiry. It does not include your name, email, telephone number, company, destination or message, and does not require optional analytics cookies. Acceptance by the email service is separate from delivery to a mailbox.

You can separately choose to share the pages and website source that helped you enquire. This option is off by default. If selected, we may attach public CUZI page paths and a recognized search, social or AI website source to the service record. We exclude search terms, URL parameters, private page addresses and unrecognized referring websites. If source information is unavailable, we leave it unknown.

If you also allow website analytics, we can retain the first page observed after that permission and its recognized website source in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes, to connect your visit to an inquiry. Declining analytics clears that temporary context. Without analytics permission, the optional enquiry choice can share only the immediately available page or recognized website source; it does not reconstruct your earlier browsing.

Leaving the enquiry option unchecked means no source information is attached to the service record. These records stay on CUZI’s server and are separate from Google Analytics. You can browse and send an inquiry without either optional choice. Contact us using your inquiry reference about a record already created.

Keeping and protecting information

The retention period depends on whether an inquiry is still active, whether it results in an order, and whether correspondence is needed for accounting, contractual, dispute-resolution or other applicable recordkeeping obligations. We consider these purposes when reviewing whether information is still needed.

Please contact us to discuss a particular record or deletion request. Avoid sending highly sensitive material through an initial website inquiry; first agree an appropriate way to share it.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us about the information associated with your inquiry, request a correction, ask for deletion, or object to particular uses. Access, restriction, portability and other rights may also apply under the law relevant to you. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal or contractual obligations.

Email info@cuzicn.com with “Privacy request” and enough information to identify the correspondence concerned. We may need to confirm your identity before disclosing or changing records. You may also contact the data protection authority applicable to you.

Help us locate the inquiry concerned

Include the business email used, an approximate date and the inquiry reference or subject if available, together with the correction or request you want us to consider. Start with that reference information; we will discuss any further identification needed through the correspondence.
