Face veneer gauge is quoted separately from the 3–30 mm overall panel thickness. Ask for the offered face/reverse gauge and surface preparation, with the finished veneer remaining after calibration/sanding. Agree the routing and finish trial with the offered construction and preparation schedule.

The beech face identifies the decorative veneer; the core description identifies the internal plies. For an exposed layered edge, review the chosen construction in the actual component. Keep face veneer thickness separate from the overall panel thickness when planning sanding or routing. A small swatch helps select the wood and coating. For a large door or divider, include the finished component dimensions, face treatments, hardware and mounting in the next trial. Review fit in the intended assembly, with the conditioning and observations recorded for that item.

A BEECH CABINET RUN WITH AN OPEN DIVIDER
Give each visible face its place in the order.
A room combines adjoining cabinet fronts with a divider seen from both sides. Start with a finished beech face and actual edging, then choose the target and natural variation range for the room.
Group the adjoining fronts on the elevation and mark their grain direction. Show both faces of the divider, its exposed edges and the coating required on each surface. Use the selected core and full component dimensions when preparing the machining and assembly trial.
In this cabinet example, B01, B02 and B03 form the front sequence, while D01 is a divider. Specify both visible sides and edges of D01 alongside the cabinet-front arrangement.
List the cabinet group and divider as distinct items in the same order. Keep the joined sample, appearance range and item drawings together for fabrication, selected spare pieces and repeat purchases.
Check the view with the doors open
Mark interior side panels, door backs and edge details that enter the sight line. Give those surfaces their own appearance requirement on the drawing before agreeing the single or double sided panel schedule.

Which thicknesses and cores can you supply?
Beech veneer plywood is available in 3–30 mm with poplar, birch or eucalyptus cores. Specify the thickness and construction for your component, with the required tolerances and bond in the inquiry.
Can I order single or double sided panels?
Both arrangements are available. Mark the surfaces seen after assembly, including door backs, open shelving and two-sided dividers, and identify the reverse-face requirement for each item.
Is veneer matching available for adjoining doors?
Yes. Send the layout, grain direction and group quantities with a physical appearance range. Confirm the matching arrangement for the selected veneer and connect it to the item schedule.
Which sheet sizes should I start with?
Regular formats are 1220 × 2440, 1250 × 2500 and 1525 × 3050 mm. Formats including 1220 × 3050 and 1250 × 3660 mm, plus specified cut components, can be requested with your inquiry.
Can I compare the veneer with solid beech edging?
Yes. Coat the actual beech veneer and solid edging together in a joined sample. Grain, colour and coating response can differ between the face and lipping. Select their finished relationship, including the corner and sheen, before ordering adjoining furniture parts.
How should I trial routing or hinge recesses?
Provide the component detail, face veneer requirement and machining method. Try the selected panel with your tooling and hardware, then record the finished surface and fit using the worksheet.
Should both sides have the same visual grade?
The two sides need the same visual grade only when the design requires the same appearance on both sides. Choose the face requirement by visibility. A hidden cabinet back and a divider seen from both sides have different design needs; show those surfaces on the item drawing.
When is birch worth comparing?
Compare birch plywood when a layered edge, CNC detail or different light wood appearance is central to the design. Use finished samples of the proposed constructions to select the panel for that item.
Can I mix beech panels with other products?
Yes. The minimum order is one container and mixed loads are available. List quantities by product, size and construction, with any selected matching groups identified separately.
How do samples and quotation terms work?
Samples are free; you pay courier freight, which is credited in full against your formal order. Quotations can be FOB or CIF. Name the shipment or destination port, quantity and target receiving date.
How do I prepare a repeat furniture order?
Use the retained finished range, construction and drawing for the item. Identify any changed veneer, edging, hardware or finishing process in the new inquiry so the proposed panel can be reviewed with the same complete reference.
How do natural and engineered beech surfaces differ?
Natural beech veneer identifies the wood face. Engineered or reconstituted beech-pattern veneer identifies a reconstructed decorative pattern; ask for the constituent material and pattern code. Compare the actual beech-pattern sample with your finished master instead of assuming both descriptions identify the same wood.
What face veneer thickness should I put on the order?
Specify front and reverse veneer gauges separately from total panel thickness. Sanding and routing remove part of that face, so the process must leave the veneer required for the finished surface. Use the offered veneer schedule and trial the deepest feature before fixing the preparation sequence.
Is book matching the same as a numbered panel sequence?
No. Book matching alternates adjacent leaf faces to create a mirrored arrangement within a veneer face. A numbered sequence places sheets or components on the elevation. For adjoining doors or wall panels, specify both and preserve their grain arrows through cutting and packing.
How closely will the next batch match my sample?
Repeat beech veneer orders are matched to the agreed appearance range; natural grain and colour are not identical from sheet to sheet. Use the saved finish, appearance range and veneer pattern for the next inquiry. Compare new samples with adjoining pieces, then quote the repeat group with its drawings, quantities and spares. Does a beech face mean every inner veneer is beech?
No. A beech face does not identify the inner veneer species. The supplied range separates the beech decorative face from poplar, birch or eucalyptus core options. Specify the full veneer schedule rather than inferring inner species from the surface. Use the proposed panel data for the selected construction.
