| Product route | Start here when | Resolve before ordering |
|---|---|---|
| Commercial PlywoodMixed furniture and fabrication | Several component types share one order | Separate visible faces from concealed parts before choosing a common construction. |
| Birch Plywood ManufacturerCNC parts and layered edges | Cut edges or tight machining determine acceptance | Compare a machined joint and finished edge, with face and core construction recorded. |
| Bintangor PlywoodNamed faces for general interiors | The face will be visible or covered in different items | Define face selection separately from the core and the finishing process. |
| Okoume PlywoodWeight-sensitive assemblies | Face species and full lay-up need to be distinguished | Ask whether the offer is Okoume faced or all-Okoume, then compare the actual assembly. |
| Poplar Core PlywoodPortable furniture and cabinetry | Core weight and hardware performance both matter | Compare a complete joint and component mass for the same drawing. |
| Pine PlywoodPacking, furniture and specified panels | Knot appearance, fixing or a design requirement leads | Name the intended use and grade; separate visible furniture from general packing stock. |
| Product route | Start here when | Resolve before ordering |
|---|---|---|
| Film PlywoodConcrete-contact faces | Overlay and core must be compared together | Record the site trial, cleaning routine and accepted concrete finish. |
| Shuttering Plywood SupplierSlab and wall form layouts | Panel layout and usable forming area drive the order | Quote against the pour plan, support design, cutting layout and delivery stages. |
| Anti-slip PlywoodVehicle and platform floors | Wear surface, fasteners and floor loading interact | Include operating surface conditions, wheel loads, supports and edge details. |
| Structural PlywoodDesigned building systems | Declared product properties and design acceptance lead | Use the designer's product designation and documents before comparing substitutes. |

|---|---|---|
| Fancy PlywoodCoordinated veneer projects | An elevation or furniture set needs an agreed sequence | Start with veneer species, cut, matching layout and the finished sample. |
| Walnut PlywoodDark visible wood surfaces | Colour range and sapwood affect panel acceptance | Approve the appearance range and adjacent-panel matching under the intended finish. |
| Sapele PlywoodFigured joinery and furniture | Grain direction and figure vary across visible pieces | Compare the veneer, adjacent timber and coating as one finished set. |
| Stained Red Oak PlywoodStained cabinet and wall sets | A target stain colour must repeat across components | Retain the stain and clear-coat sample on the actual veneer and edge material. |
| Beech PlywoodLight wood joinery | Doors and solid lipping need a coordinated appearance | Evaluate the veneer and solid edges together under the planned coating. |
| Teak Wood PlywoodDecorative furniture interiors | Face identity and future finish maintenance matter | Specify the decorative material, substrate and edge separately. |
| Natural PlywoodNatural-finish interiors | A design allows a defined range of wood character | Approve several representative panels rather than one unusually uniform sample. |

|---|---|---|
| Marine Plywood SupplierSpecified marine components | A marine product requirement and exposure must be defined | Name the standard and component duty, then review construction and protection together. |
| WBP PlywoodBond-based exterior inquiries | An offer uses a water-resistance trade description | Convert that description into a written bond and exposure requirement. |
| Bending PlywoodCurved furniture and interiors | Radius, direction and the complete assembly lead | Trial the panel, former, adhesive and decorative finish as one construction. |
| Aircraft PlywoodModels and precision parts | Thin sections and small machined details determine yield | Quote the material requirement and evaluate the critical feature on the drawing. |
| Fire Retardant Plywood ManufacturerFire-specified lining projects | Test reports must cover the specified panel and assembly | Send the exact classification, finish and installation requirements with the inquiry. |

| Plain MDFPainted, routed and laminated components | The substrate will be processed and finished downstream | Trial the actual profile, edge preparation and coating or laminating process. |
| Melamine MDF BoardReady-surfaced furniture components | Decor, edge band and grain direction form one schedule | Compare a finished cabinet component and identify matching groups. |
| Laminated MDF BoardSpecified laminate assemblies | The front, back, adhesive and edging must work together | Evaluate a complete door or panel and record the laminate system. |
| Wholesale MDF BoardMulti-item stock and production orders | Grades, thicknesses and delivery stages need coordination | Use item codes and separate the sample, packing and quantity for each stock line. |

The face gives your product its appearance; the core is part of the construction you cut, join and finish. A birch face can sit over poplar, birch or eucalyptus. Tell us which surfaces will be seen and how your workshop will process the panel.
Share sheet sizes and finished-part dimensions separately. Use the quantity calculator to work out panel area and volume, then discuss the cutting list, grain direction and trim allowance with your inquiry.
Add the products you want to discuss, then review them on the inquiry page. A product name, approximate quantity and destination are enough to start. Send drawings or finish references by email when they’re ready.
Choosing between plywood and MDF? Our plywood versus MDF comparison helps you connect the material choice to machining, painted faces and exposed edges.
Try the feature that matters to your finished product: an edge, a routed profile, a joint or a coating. Samples are free; you pay freight. A freight credit can be agreed with a later order.
Each product page includes a downloadable sample worksheet. Record the panel identity, the result of your trial and the construction you choose for the order.
