    • Combine product lines in one container; list quantities for each size, thickness and finish.
    • Container type, packing units and loading quantities are agreed for your item schedule.

    Regular lead time

    10–15 daysProduction; shipping time is additional.
    Production & shipping
    • Regular production takes 10–15 days. Your quotation confirms the schedule and its start conditions.
    • Custom sizes, constructions and finishes are scheduled for the order. Sea freight and destination handling add separate time.

    Free samplesBuyer pays freight; credit available on a later order.
    Sample & freight arrangements
    • Tell us the product, sample dimensions and what you want to evaluate, then share your delivery address.
    • Sample freight can be credited toward a subsequent order. The credit amount is agreed with that order.

    • For FOB, agree the port of shipment. For CIF, provide the destination port.

    Can you help me choose a panel?

    Yes. Tell us what you’re making, where it will be used and what matters most to you. A drawing or photo can help. You can also explore the product range and bring a shortlist into your inquiry.

    How do I request a free sample?

    Use Request a sample and name the panel and what you’d like to try—machining, appearance or finishing, for example. Samples are free; you pay courier freight. A freight credit can be agreed against a later order.

    Can I request product data and company documents?

    Yes. Include the panel, intended use and destination, plus any standard or emission class your project requires. We’ll discuss the technical data and reports for the proposed construction.

    How do I know my inquiry has been sent?

    Online submission shows a confirmation after the inquiry is accepted. If the button opens your email application, send the draft there to complete your inquiry. You can attach drawings before sending.

    What do you need to plan packing and delivery?

    Tell us your destination and preferred FOB or CIF basis, then add any receiving requirements:

    • Quantity: sheets or volume for each size and construction.
    • Handling: pack weight limits and your unloading equipment.
    • Protection: surface protection, matching sequences and labels.
    • Timing: target arrival date and required shipment documents.

    Furniture panels

    “We’re planning one mixed container of birch plywood for cabinets, in 18 mm and 12 mm. Destination: Hamburg. Please quote CIF and advise on a sample for CNC cutting.”

    Decorative panels

    “We need walnut-faced panels for interior walls. Our drawing shows the sizes and grain direction. Please discuss veneer matching, a sample for our clear finish and quantities for a mixed container.”

    How do I share sample or delivery feedback?

    Reply with your inquiry, order or sample reference, a short description and labelled photos. For machining, add the process and measured dimensions; for appearance, include the finish and sample reference.

    For transit damage, photograph the bundle label and packing condition before processing the panels. Tell us what you’d like help resolving.

    How do I update an existing inquiry?

    Keep the original email conversation and list changes to the panel, drawing, quantity or destination. Tell us which items change and which details stay the same.
