We accept T/T (bank transfer) and L/C (letter of credit). Confirm the currency, payment stages and amounts with your quotation. Include the production start conditions and shipment arrangements in your written order confirmation.

Email your drawings, cutting list or finish photos with the same project name you use in the form. If you’ve already received a reply from us, keep the files in that email conversation.

HELP WITH YOUR ORDER
Tell us about a sample, delivery or panel issue. Keep your order reference with the photos and measurements so our team can review the details with you.
The warranty start date, coverage and handling terms are confirmed with your order.
Include your order or inquiry number, product, item or pack label, affected quantity and a short description. Email overview and close-up photos, together with any measured values and the method used.
We compare the records with your agreed specification and sample. We may ask for further measurements or a sample to understand the issue. For transit damage, include the packing and arrival condition.
We work through the findings and discuss a practical response using your order specifications and sales terms. Keep the agreed action and follow-up in the same email conversation.

Yes. Start with the part you make, the finish your customer expects and the manufacturing steps you plan to use. We can discuss suitable panel constructions and quote alternatives separately. You can also explore the product range and bring a shortlist into your inquiry.
For a starting point, compare plywood by application and construction or MDF by component and manufacturing route.
Use Request a sample and name the panel and what you’d like to try—machining, appearance or finishing, for example. Samples are free; you pay courier freight. Sample freight is credited in full against your formal order. Include the sample reference and freight amount when you ask for the credit.
Sample & freight arrangementsYes. Include the panel, intended use and destination, plus any standard or emission class your project requires. We’ll discuss the technical data and reports for the proposed construction.

Product document guidanceCompany certificates & documentsRAW MDF test reportA successful online submission shows your inquiry reference and confirmation-email status. The email includes your reference, request summary and CUZI contact details. Keep the reference for our email conversation. If submission is not confirmed, your details stay in the form so you can retry or use email.

“We’re planning one mixed container of birch plywood for cabinets, in 18 mm and 12 mm. Destination: Hamburg. Please quote CIF and advise on a sample for CNC cutting.”
“We need walnut-faced panels for interior walls. Our drawing shows the sizes and grain direction. Please discuss veneer matching, a sample for our clear finish and quantities for a mixed container.”
