OTHER PANELS & DRAWING-BASED PARTS
CUZI can supply HDF, OSB and particleboard alongside project component orders. Choose the route below, then send the material designation or drawing, dimensions and quantity. The quotation identifies the proposed construction and delivered scope.
HDF · PROJECT SUPPLY
Bring the fibreboard requirement into your next panel order. CUZI can quote HDF for project supply; identify the board designation, finished thickness and process your team needs to run.
Give the intended part and required board properties with the density or mass target. Include a density measurement method and moisture condition where those values determine the selection. A shared density description helps compare offers when the construction, thickness and working requirements are also identified.
| Board identity | HDF designation, required process/grade, proposed construction and destination. |
|---|---|
| Dimensions and mass | Thickness, format, tolerance, density or measured-mass requirement and measurement conditions. |
| Surface and component | Bare or requested face/reverse, cutting/routing, edge, groove, fitting and final finish. |
| Documents and trial | Required emission, moisture/mechanical or other methods, tested construction and representative working sample. |
Try the actual routed or cut edge, fitting and finish. For a thin backing or insert, include the frame/groove and finished tolerance; for a faced or bonded component, keep the surface and reverse with the proposed board.
Compare the known MDF routes on Plain MDF or organise component processing with MDF Machining. Keep the actual substrate in each quoted item.
I would like a quotation for HDF. HDF application / destination: [part, process and required board designation]. Thickness / format: [measurements, tolerance and sheet or cut-part supply]. OSB · PROJECT SUPPLY
CUZI can quote OSB for project panel orders. Start with the required product grade, thickness, dimensions and destination, then connect the proposed panel with the way it will be supported and fixed.
OSB uses wood strands in an oriented construction. Keep the panel direction, grade and intended exposure with the drawing. For a structural floor, roof or wall, provide the required product designation, relevant design properties and installation references rather than selecting by the material name alone.
| Panel requirement | OSB designation/grade, bond/exposure, application and destination documentation. |
|---|---|
| Dimensions and orientation | Thickness, format, tolerances, direction, square/profiled edges and component layout. |
| Design and fitting | Required properties, supports, joints, fasteners, finish and installed construction. |
| Documents and trial | Relevant methods, results and tested panel scope, with an appropriate working sample or defined specimen. |
Review the intended joint, edge profile, fixing and surface finish on the proposed construction. Use the drawing for support spacing and orientation, and keep those details with the requested product and project documents.
The APA OSB overview explains oriented strands and panel direction. For a plywood alternative, use Structural Plywood with the same required grade, design and document scope.
Use the Plywood vs OSB buying guide to compare grade, working detail and cost per usable part.
I would like a quotation for OSB. OSB application / destination: [part or building use and required product designation]. Panel / dimensions: [grade, thickness, format, tolerances and orientation]. PARTICLEBOARD · PROJECT SUPPLY
CUZI can quote particleboard for panel and component projects. Give the required board designation, finished dimensions and facing or fabrication scope so the offer follows the part you will assemble.
Particleboard is a particle-based panel route. Specify the actual board type and relevant performance or emission requirements alongside its intended furniture or interior component. Include the surface, reverse and edge treatment when the purchase concerns a faced or finished part.
| Board type | Particleboard designation, intended use, moisture/mechanical and emission requirements. |
|---|---|
| Finished dimensions | Thickness, sheet/part size, tolerance, cutting layout and part/drawing code. |
| Facing and edges | Required face/reverse, decor master, bonding, edge band or other finished-edge detail. |
| Hardware and data | Actual holes/fixings, joint trial and required product methods/documents for the selected construction. |
Use your cutting tools, edge band, adhesive and actual hardware in the trial. Record drilled/routed features, edge appearance, fixing fit and the completed joint. Keep the chosen substrate and surface master with the accepted part reference.
Compare the complete furniture component with Melamine MDF or Melamine Faced Plywood. Use the same dimensions, decor, edge and hardware detail for each material offer.
I would like a quotation for Particleboard. Particleboard application / destination: [component and required board type]. Dimensions: [thickness, sheet/part size, tolerance and drawing revision]. Facing / edge: [bare or requested decor, reverse, band/sealing and bonding]. Fabrication: [cutting, holes/profiles, actual hardware and joint]. FINISHED MDF COMPONENTS · PROJECT SUPPLY
Bring cabinet-door components, mouldings, skirting/baseboard profiles and other MDF parts into a drawing-based supply discussion. CUZI can quote the proposed component and included operations around your model, finish and quantities.
Define the delivered unit: cut blank, routed/profiled part, prepared surface or requested finished component. Give the substrate designation, final geometry, datum, tolerances, visible faces, reverse and edge requirements. Separate the part from hardware, installation and any wider assembled-product scope.
| Model and part identity | Cabinet-door part, moulding/skirting/baseboard profile or other component; drawing/master and revision. |
|---|---|
| Substrate and dimensions | Required board, final thickness/geometry, datum, tolerances, cut/routed features and hole positions. |
| Finish and delivered scope | Bare, prepared or requested finish; face/reverse/edges and the operations included in the quotation. |
| Sample and order | Representative finished-detail trial, quantities by model/part, labels, packing and project schedule. |
Review a representative component using the actual mating fit and intended coating or facing. For a repeating profile, keep the physical section master and drawing revision; for a door component, include the frame/hardware reference and the edges your customer will see.
Use MDF Machining for the feature drawing, Cut-to-size Panels for a cutting schedule, or MDF Door Skins for a skin/model requirement.
I would like a quotation for Finished MDF Components. Component / destination: [cabinet-door part, moulding, skirting/baseboard or other part]. Drawing / model: [revision, datum, profile/master and quantities by part]. Material / geometry: [substrate, final thickness/dimensions, tolerances, holes and mating fit]. Browse plywood by hardwood face, core and application when you want to choose a veneer species and then compare the actual construction.
The face gives your product its appearance; the core is part of the construction you cut, join and finish. A birch face can sit over poplar, birch or eucalyptus. Tell us which surfaces will be seen and how your workshop will process the panel.
Share sheet sizes and finished-part dimensions separately. Use the quantity calculator to work out panel area and volume, then discuss the cutting list, grain direction and trim allowance with your inquiry.
Add the products you want to discuss, then review them on the inquiry page. A product name, approximate quantity and destination are enough to start. Send drawings or finish references by email when they’re ready.
