About the data
- Source
- UN Comtrade database, reporter United States, imports, retrieved on 5 November 2026 through the public preview API. The United States reports these figures from its customs statistics; they can be revised after publication.
- Products
- HS 4412 covers plywood, veneered panels and similar laminated wood, including LVL and blockboard. MDF is the sum of HS 4411.12, 4411.13 and 4411.14 (MDF up to 5 mm, over 5 mm to 9 mm, and over 9 mm thick). HDF and other fibreboard are not included.
- Values
- Tables show Comtrade's primary value for US imports, the CIF value, in US$ million. The CSV also gives the FOB value and net weight in kilograms; Comtrade flags many weights as estimated.
- Country
- The partner country is the one the United States reports for the shipment. Country names follow common English usage; the CSV keeps the Comtrade name and code.
- Periods
- Annual totals for 2023 to 2025, and January to August totals for 2025 and 2026, the latest month published when the data was retrieved.
