Which identities must stay connected in a Vietnam plywood order?
Connect the quotation, producing site, sampled construction and shipment under a consistent item reference. An export-office address identifies a commercial contact; the production and product records identify the panel. Ask which source supplies your selected model and who confirms its construction, inspection and packing.

Make a source change visible before production
If another mill, core, veneer, bond or surface is proposed, obtain a revised item description. Compare the affected fields and request a specimen representing the revised construction. Repeat the checks that depend on the change. Keep the old and new versions separately until the selected version and order schedule are agreed.
Use the same finished requirement and receiving point when comparing another supply country. Construction, supplied work, quantities, packing and delivery scope must be visible in both offers. Continue with linking shipment records to receiving checks.
Compare the product and supply source before the price
Vietnamese catalogues may include furniture, packing, formwork and container-floor plywood, as well as LVL. Give each application its own item specification and sample checks.
For cabinetry, specify the visible faces, core, finished thickness and fittings. For packing, share the case drawing and handling needs. For formwork, include the core, bond, film and edges. List LVL separately with its dimensions, veneer arrangement and intended use.
A supplier may make some lines and coordinate others through a network. Ask which producing location and legal seller cover the exact item. Shipping from a country and manufacturing there are different facts. Put the proposed origin and source information in the export offer and ask your importer/broker which supporting documents the actual product needs.

Example: 400 sheets and a changed production source

The broad product name stays the same. Compare the producing site, face/back, full core, veneer gauges, bond, dimensions, supplied finish and documents field by field. Keep VN-01 as the original reference; assign VN-02 to the revised item rather than relabelling the earlier specimen.

Use the records to decide the next action
Two differences were found in the 40 checked sheets. Hold the two affected bundles, totalling 100 sheets, while agreeing further checks. Record which sheets are cleared for use; the other 360 sheets have yet to be checked.
This worked example uses 400 sheets in eight bundles. For your order, agree the full quantity, bundle dimensions, gross weights, inspection and transport plan together.
Give the warehouse one reconciled 400-sheet record.
In this scenario, record bundle contents and inspection observations in separate fields. The hold identifies material kept out of workshop use while the named person resolves the next action. Each sheet remains part of its original bundle and the 400-sheet order total.

For the next work stage, identify the required quantity and date, the material actually released, and any replacement or additional checking still needed. Keep the agreed source and revision on replacement material. Give a newly inspected or reworked group its own record and updated status so purchasing, the supplier and the workshop work from the same version.

Resolve the item version before increasing quantity
Who supplies the panel?
Record the seller, actual producer/site, model and proposed construction. Ask the coordinating supplier who confirms production identity, arranges inspection and resolves a specification change. Keep the representative specimen with that offer.
What did the trial answer?
Keep the drawing, sample size, test conditions and observations together. Check the edge, fit, fixings and finish, then note any product data or further trial needed before ordering.
What changes on a reorder?
List any new site, inner species, gauge, bond, face, finish, dimensions or process separately. Review the affected detail and document scope before treating the new offer as equivalent. TT Plywood / Truong Thinh — distinguish office, warehouse and factory
TT Plywood identifies Truong Thinh Import Export and Trading Business Joint Stock Company, a Hanoi office and factory/warehouse locations in Phu Tho. Its catalogue includes packing, commercial, birch, pine, film-faced and melamine plywood, plus LVL and other engineered wood. It also describes an owned factory and cooperating suppliers. Ask which site and complete construction supply your item, and keep that source with the sampled quotation.
SAVI — keep plywood and LVL inquiries separate

Compare Vietnam and alternative offers at the same receiving point
Issue one item schedule with the required component, full construction, supplied work, quantity and destination. Price alternatives separately. Use a dated offer with currency, named FOB or CIF port, validity and included services. Keep the producer and origin with that item so transport and import inputs relate to the proposed source.
Compare raw sheets with raw sheets, or the same finished component with the same operations. Identify cutting, calibration, facing, edge treatment, packing and remaining workshop work. Request documents for the manufacturer and panel offered
Send the destination, intended use and required project/customer specification. Request the producing site/model, full construction, relevant test methods/conditions and reports or declarations. Identify any applicable marking, labels and records that connect the product file to the actual lot and shipment.
Ask for the producer and manufacturing origin of each item, together with company, product and shipping documents. Your exporter and import broker can confirm the entry paperwork and costs for the proposed shipment.

Make the sample represent the item you intend to buy

Plan packing, transport and receiving for the selected item
Obtain quantities/units by item, sheets or parts per bundle, external packed dimensions, net/tare/gross weights and protection/labels. Download the receiving record. The checking result belongs to the identified material and method; retain that scope alongside the decision. An unchecked bundle should not inherit another bundle’s observation without an agreed sampling basis.

Vietnam sourcing questions
What does the exporter’s name tell me about the panel?
It identifies a commercial contact. The quotation should also identify the actual producer/site, model and full construction. Link those records to the sample, product documents and proposed shipment.
How should I compare furniture and packing panels?
Give each application its own item, construction and trial. Furniture may depend on visible edges, finished gauge and fittings; packing depends on the assembled detail and handling. Keep acceptance attached to the intended component.
What if the supplier proposes another factory after sampling?
Obtain the revised source and complete item description, list the changed fields and request a representative new specimen. Repeat the affected component and document review before selecting the revised version.
Does shipping from Vietnam establish manufacturing origin?
No. A shipment’s departure country does not establish where the plywood was manufactured. The shipping route and producing origin are separate fields. Ask the actual exporter and importer/broker to review the item’s producer, manufacturing location and supporting origin/entry documents.
What should the bundle label and packing list identify?
The item/version and corresponding lot or producing-source reference, bundle identifier, contents and quantity. Agree which information goes on the label and list so the receiver can reconcile the selected construction before workshop release.
Does holding a bundle mean every sheet is defective?
No. Held quantity is an identified material-control status. Record the number checked, observed differences and unchecked remainder separately. Agree the next review and release scope with the responsible contact.
How do I compare a Vietnamese quote with CUZI’s offer?
