CUZI supplied a white and brown melamine slotted MDF order with aluminum channels. HQC carried out a pre-shipment inspection in Suqian, Jiangsu, on 22 October 2026 and recorded a Pass conclusion. See the slot section and the channel fitted together
The section photographs show the shaped slot beneath the melamine face and the separate aluminum channel. The assembly photographs show the channel inserted into both white and brown boards. HQC records an 8-piece assembly test, S-2, with a Pass result on page 4.
For a new order, send the slot section, spacing and direction together with the channel profile or a physical fitting. The MDF machining page explains how to specify the groove, remaining section and finished fit. Include the mounting arrangement and required loads when the completed installation has a load requirement; this report records assembly fit.
What the inspection recorded
The workmanship inspection used ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, normal single sampling, Level II. The report lists Major AQL 2.5 and Minor AQL 4.0 and records no critical, major or minor defects in the inspected sample.
