MEASURED RESULTS, GROUPED BY PROPERTY
45 results from 8 CUZI test and inspection reports.
This page brings together the measured results CUZI publishes from its test and inspection reports, so you can compare density, bonding, formaldehyde emission and other properties across plywood and MDF in one place. Each value keeps its test method and links to the full report.
The reports were issued between March 2025 and September 2026 by SGS, Intertek, the Nanjing Customs District Industrial Products Inspection Center and ECQA. The full data set is also available as a CSV file.

How to read these results
- Tested samples
- Each result describes the sample or panels the lab or inspector checked. For your order, ask for the specification and test data of the board you are buying.
- Methods and units
- Keep the method with the value. Results from different methods, such as mg/m³ chamber and mg/L desiccator formaldehyde results, are not interchangeable.
- Nominal and measured
- Measured thickness and size differ slightly from nominal values; the marine plywood sample measured 17.95 mm for a nominal 18 mm panel.
- Pass and Accept
- These words are the lab's or inspector's conclusion against the reference stated in that report, shown here as written.
The density results feed the plywood and MDF weight calculator. For emission documents by market, see the MDF and plywood emission documents guide.

Questions about CUZI test data
What density does CUZI marine plywood have?
SGS measured 599 kg/m³ under EN 323:1993 on 18 mm, 11-ply marine plywood, at 11.1% moisture content.
What formaldehyde emission do CUZI MDF reports show?
Under EN 717-1, the 12 mm raw MDF measured 0.038 mg/m³, and SGS measured 0.080 mg/m³ for both 18 mm MDF and HMR MDF, against an E1 reference of ≤ 0.124 mg/m³.
Can mg/L and mg/m³ formaldehyde results be compared?
No. mg/m³ results come from the EN 717-1 chamber method and mg/L results from the desiccator method in GB/T 17657 and GB 18580. Compare results only within the same method.
Do these results apply to my order?
They describe the tested samples. Ask CUZI for the specification and the test or inspection data that applies to the board and order you are buying.
Can I download the data?
Yes. The CSV file lists every result on this page with its panel, property, method, issuer, report date and report link.
